Preparing to Hibernate

It's time for my November excuses and ramblings, so let's get started. Yes, I'm still busy

Noah is Pressing Ahead on his Journey

behind the scenes but, and this is huge - I am making progress on Volume II of Noah's Quest. I still anticipate having the initial (rough) draft finished by December 31 and ready to send to the publisher by January 31 in the new year. Noah is continuing his quest and I am planting some Easter Eggs along the way, so there will be some things to watch for in the next volume!

I am starting a series of live sessions on FaceBook on my "A Mason's Journey" page and they will be called "Sat Chats". They will be brief discussions on various masonic topics that attract my curiosity along my path. I am hoping to start this Saturday, November 19th, but I am afraid the window is closing on that date. I would say it's more reasonable to shoot for either November 26 or December 3 for my launch date. I will post FB Events and a website event when the date and the topic is locked in.

"A System Called Masonry"

I am doing my final presentation of 2022 tonight at Triune Lodge #15 AF&AM. It will be a talk I've titled "A System Called Masonry". After this presentation, I'm likely going into hibernation until early in 2023 so I can finish Volume II of Noah's Quest and perhaps start jotting down some notes on a possible new story for a new work of fiction - not positive yet, but I won't know for sure until I start some actual writing to see if it plays out.... more to follow - or not.

That's a wrap for now my brothers! Please enjoy your Thanksgiving and take some time to reflect on your own masonic journey and the path you are on! It is yours and yours alone and only you can say whether it is leading you in the direction you find satisfying and rewarding! It is good and it is healthy to stop occasionally and take stock of your situation - the farther you go in the wrong direction and the harder it will be to right your course and get back on track!

The Holidays are Upon Us!

Happy Thanksgiving my brethren and may peace be with you, each and every one!
