Seems Very Quiet Lately!

My brothers all, I want to catch everyone up on current projects and events because nearly all of my content creations is quietly going on behind the scenes.

I will be participating in three coming events:

On September 27 I am presenting a talk for Perfect Union Lodge #10 - this will be a second presentation of my talk on "The Torgau Ordinance". I generally don't repeat presentations, but there are a variety of factors that drove me to re-presenting this talk. We will be at the "The Mad Pecker Brewing" on Tezel Road.

On October 8 I am co-hosting an MWSA Workshop "All Things West Gate" at Davy Crockett Lodge #1225. My primary host, Chris Williams and I will hold a workshop on how to conduct investigations for petitioners, how to conduct the ballot, and how to examine visitors. We will sign attendees in starting at 8:30 and open the workshop at 9:00.

On October 20, I will be presenting a talk called "A System Called Masonry" at Triune Lodge #15. This is a new presentation on how the elements of our craft work together in a synchronized fashion to make good men better with an examination of the hazards of making changes to some parts without considering the effects on the others.

I am pressing ahead with work on Volume II of "Noah's Quest" with an eyeball towards January or February as possible targets for release. As of late last week I officially have a working title for Volume II, but I'm keeping that under wraps for now. In the meantime, I've created a page on my website where you can read about Noah and his quest and, in fact, I'm about to add an FAQ to address some questions I've received about the series. FAQ coming soon... check out Noah and the background on his quest at:

I am finishing a "quiet" project and I hope to have information I can announce on that in two to three weeks.

And, mixed in with all of these efforts, I am still working in lodge and my York Rite Chapter & Council. Helotes York Rite is finishing a degree class in September with the conferral of the Holy Royal Arch on September 14 and the Council Royal & Select Master degrees on September 28th.

In the background of all this I have hit the magic age for retirement and I've been taking care of some necessary chores and tasks associated with Medicare and my military TriCare coverage, so that has also helped keep me busy - just to make sure I have something to do to pass time.

So there is much going on, but at least the pace is slowing so I can focus more on my creative projects. My number one priority is to present the talks and workshop in September and October and then I swing my full attention back to Noah and his quest in Volume II.

That's where we are with everything that's pending... check in at the website often and follow me on FaceBook as "A Masons Journey", and join my "BroBill's Masonic Education Group"!

Travel safely my brothers!

BroBill
